Ο Dr. Δημήτρης Τσουκαλάς είναι γιατρός, επιστημονικός διευθυντής του ιατρικού ομίλου Metabolomic Medicine®. Είναι μέλος της Παγκόσμιας Ακαδημίας Επιστημών και πρόεδρος του European Institute of Molecular Medicine ΕΙΝUΜM, με έδρα στη Ρώμη, Ιταλία.

H Metabolomic Medicine® ειδικεύεται στην κλινική εφαρμογή των μεταβολομικών αναλύσεων σε αυτοάνοσες και χρόνιες ασθένειες. Πρόκειται για εξειδικευμένες εξετάσεις που εντοπίζουν με ακρίβεια ελλείψεις του οργανισμού και μεταβολικές διαταραχές που συνδέονται με την εκδήλωση και την πορεία των αυτοάνοσων και χρόνιων νοσημάτων.
